Accepting infertility files for citizens

Announcement:
The Office of Women's Support and Empowerment in the municipality of Al-Andalus neighborhood announces citizens living within the municipality the continuation and extension of the period for accepting infertility files for citizens for a maximum period of two weeks from the date of the announcement, please hurry to submit the required documents, which are:
1- A copy of the passport or ID card.
2- A new family situation.
3- Two (2) photos of the husband and wife.
4- A new medical report.
5- Hormone tests for husband and wife.
6- A file for saving documents.
